I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you.
