Facility was nice and breakfast good but evening staff not so good. tried to call to check in over the phone when I was snow delayed and would not arrive till the next morning and they did not do it I arrived the next day and they had canceled my reservation. The day staff was able to reopen it thankfully and I was not charged any additional money.

There were bugs in my first room, the sink was broken in my second room. Then they didn’t freshen my room for 3 days. I asked to have it cleaned and get extra towels. They only made the bed. I didn’t get new disposable coffee cups and I didn’t get new clean glasses or extra towels. I had to complain about something every day. They said they didn’t have staff. And I wasn’t offered compensation.
