We appreciated the cheerfulness of the staff, the room, the computer and printer access and the treats in the lobby, which make it seem more like home. I realize it might not be feasible, but I would like to actually control the heater in the room--it seemed to reset itself after a period of time, waking me up in the wee hours of the morning.
