It had been recently renovated but the bathroom in our room was very small . Room quite large but no attention was given to the bathroom. Also the breakfast was very limited. Choice or white bread or everything bagels . One choice for jam and no hot water available . And no tea . Cereal was stale that my husband had. Staff very courteous but feel compelled to give travellers this information.

Worker was nice, hotel was gross. outside doors did not lock anyone off the street could walk into the hotel. Didn't have a reservation that I make through expedia. hotel room and common area looked dirty

The lobby smelled like smoke and mold. I wanted to vomit. They claimed to not have received my reservation. Even tho I had trip insurance, Expedia wouldn't rebook a room after confirming rooms were available. Expedia tried to get me to switch hotels and all options they gave me had horrific reviews, so I asked for a refund. Terrible experience on every level.

Our room we checked into was so gross, hair in the tub, cany wrappers in the couch, dirt on the floors, the tv and phone didnt work. we finally got moved to a cleaner room after so much trouble from the front desk.. the breakfast buffet was very limited which wasnt the real problem.. it was disgusting we opted to eat somewhere else. The hallway carpets were stained and very obviously not cleaned in a long time. They gave us 2 towels knowing we booked with 6 people. When i asked for more i was told they dont have any.. i travel often and stay in all types of hotels, this was unbelievably gross.

The room was not clean, not maintained, bed linens and towels felt dingy and smelled off, the faucets leaked, the breakfast set up was a total mess - not just unappetizing, but disgusting with no staff to clean or maintain through the full service....even coffee service was below par. The expense for this property was outrageously out of proportion to value. I booked last minute because I was stranded in the area with no other option for the overnight, but I would have found a way to travel further if I had known how bad it is.

Smoke akarm in room disconnected. Holes in vith bedspreads. No tv remote called and went down to desk and he said hed bring it up...never did. No tp in pool bathroom. Flies over bagels..waffle mix rancid. Very i safe. General appearnce..all rugs had stains pulled up in spots..tripping hazard. If i could give it 1/2 star i would! A nightmare..and all that for 300.00?? Awful!!

Dont like hotels that over charge just because its a Saturday. We stayed a Tuesday at $89 then for Sat they wanted $190, they do nothing for you,they only had one set of towels in room both occasions, no tissues, screen bend, cabinet in bathroom all scratched up.

The room was dirty. The floor wasn’t mopped and there was an unknown brown substance under the table. The couch and mattress were stained badly. The desk chair was broken and a safety hazard. There were zero washcloths provided and the toilet paper had a brown stain on the side of the whole roll. One of the closet hangers were broken. With the way the room was presented, we didn’t feel comfortable eating the breakfast downstairs (which wasn’t much to see) or using the pool, for which there was no signage to speak of. A poor stay. Only good thing is the location.
