Mattress was horrible, worn, and had huge dip in the middle. Should have been replaced years ago. Was awakened during the night by pain in back, neck, and shoulders from it. No one at front desk @ 2am to attempt to get some Tylenol. Tried again after 4am and was able to pay $5 for 6 Tylenol. Was intending a quick, comfortable stay. Didn't happen.

Staff was extremely friendly, the room was clean but did have a stale cigarette smell even though it says no smoking. I chose this hotel specifically for the heated pool but it definitely was not warm at all. Besides the pool though, the bed was comfortable and again the staff was very friendly. I'd return to the hotel again if I don't need a warm pool lol
