Gîte installed in part of a rural farmhouse, adjoining the owners, independent on the gable with a small enclosed garden. The property is 1 km from the village, close to the forest of Orléans, very quiet. The Loire Valley and the Giennois are nearby and offer a variety of visits and hikes. GROUND FLOOR: a living room with open fitted kitchen and lounge area, wood stove with exposed fireplace, French window opening onto the private terrace, 1 separate shower room (shower, sink, washing machine, toilet).
FIRST FLOOR (Access to the upper floor by spiral staircase): 2 bedrooms (Bedroom n°1 with 1 bed 160x200, Bedroom n°2 with 2 beds 90x190).
OUTSIDE: Private garden with terrace and garden furniture, barbecue. Private parking (4 vehicles max).

Wood heating, with supplement by electric radiators included in the rental price. Sheets provided and beds made. Bicycle storage (not provided) available.
