Duplex studio for 2–3 people in the countryside in the heart of the Pays de Bray. In the heart of the Pays de Bray, in a former 19th-century farmhouse, this small studio cottage is located on the upper floor of an outbuilding near the owner’s home and guest rooms. A garden is accessible right outside the cottage and is furnished with patio furniture. This accommodations are ideal for those who love the countryside and peace and quiet. Access to the cottage is via a metal staircase on one of the gables of the house (storage room on the first floor): The entire space has a steeply sloped ceiling and is not suitable for very tall people or small children (stairs). - Living area featuring: - sitting area, - dining area, - small kitchenette (2 electric hotplates, single-bowl sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, Senséo coffee maker, steamer, raclette machine, plancha), Upstairs (access via a narrow, steep staircase), on a sloped mezzanine: - bedroom with 1 140x190cm bed, armchair that can serve as an extra bed (slatted frame and mattress) - partitioned attic-style bathroom within the bedroom: toilet, spa shower, sink.
