The room was clean, the staff was helpful and professional. The location is iffy, with road access taking some skill. Much of that is unavoidable, the area is in a massive road project and a busy area at best. Parking was adequate, Hot water was great, very soft water too. It was disappointing that no cookware or related items were in the room, but the range, microwave and fridge all worked well. There may have been such things available , but we had some of our own and managed. it was a downer that only one device could be used for internet, but again, we managed.

The young female who checked me in was very nice. Was there for a week. Had little ants, maintenance said would need to move to exterminate as it takes 24 hours so i chose to stay. They gave me a spray which helped kill the ants then they could take care of it once i check out. New management so things were way better than i expected; they handled it well. They even have pots & pans and dishes for purchase if you need it. Theres a 2 burner stove, micro and full size fridge so i was able to cook and i loved that they have bathtubs. Thats rare to find these days, im finding in my travels. Will definitely stay there again when i return. Housekeeping was once in the 7 days i was there so thats something to think about as i know people have preferences. Other than that, it was good.

The rooms are older and the hotel is used for long term stay. Usually hotels like that are not particularly pleasant but this hotel is clean, quiet and well run. I had a very comfortable stay. it's no frills but for the price it's an excellent bargin. I will stay there again if I need to go to that part of Dallas for business.

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The halls and rooms smell of weed and cigarette smoke (my clothes were permeated with it after leaving). Guests are loud 24/7. Despite having a kitchenette, there are zero dishes or silverware to use. Walking through the parking lot often felt unsafe. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Check in is at 3 and upon arrive around 330 it took FORVER to get checked in and our room was still in the process of being cleaned. The towels were stained luckily we always bring our own. We tried watching tv and the remote wouldn’t work. Went and asked for batteries just in cause that was the reason but they didn’t have any new batteries so they gave me what they could find but did not solve the tv problem. I’m for the most part pretty easy to please but this place was definitely on my never again list. The beds are not comfortable at all. I kept hearing noises throughout the night that kept waking me up. Overall it was a dirty place but the staff were very sweet and nice.

Horrible stay, pictures do not match the actual hotel. Poorly maintained establishment, moldy, bad smell in the room, hallways smelled like cigarettes and cannabis. This hotel makes Motel 6 look like a 5 start hotel. Would not recommend.

The hotel smelled horrible. You could smell the weed the second you walked in the door. The room was musty. I was thankfully only there for 6.5 hours just to catch some sleep but I will never stay at this hotel brand again.

local cheap spot

The food smell is overwhelming in the lobby and hallways. Our room had a strong mildew smell. The TV remote was missing and the staff had us go back down to get one, the remote didn’t work so they finally came up to the room and confirmed the tv was broken and moved us to another room. The safety lights are awesome outside but the lights shine thru the blinds quite a bit.
