The location is good and centralized to Frisco McKinney and Allen areas with 15 minutes. The staff could use so.e training in customer service etiquette and the bed linens could be reviewed for replacement as there were several nicked up sheets and some with permanent stains that were in the bed when Initially check in.

Smelly rooms

Room smells like carpet cleaner. It is terribly humid in rooms. The front attendant was on the phone (speaker) the whole time and forgot to return my license.

We had a lot of difficulties open our door. The key lock system at the hotel can really use an upgrade. We had to get help several time to get our door to open I. Which they had to rapidly slide the key and try to open the door. It was crazy.

Everything was good. Only down side is room service staff. When they come, they don’t check toilet paper or things that are dirty and replace. They just empty trash and replace mats. We had to ask for toilet paper and no one bothered about it after room service didn’t replenish even after asking. Eventually, we had to find the supplies room and got it ourselves. Front desk was helpful when keys stopped working again and again.
