Tru is kind of a bare bones hotel. That’s why I only have it a 4. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

The room was great even though; I thought my only source of light was just a lap and didn't know that there was a master kill switch for the lights. I had a good time and easy access to the event at the curtis culwell center for my birthday. The AC was awesome, I wish I had something like that at my house.

We had to move rooms 3 times because of showers not working! Then the whole reason we booked this hotel was because theu had an indoor pool. Well we get there and the indoor pool was closed by the health department! Also, the rooms have no microwave or coffee pot, you have to go to the lobby. And the breakfast was not great at all.

The pool is closed by the health department and it’s advertised open online. The WiFi doesn’t work, and we were placed right next to a room where kids beat on the walls jumped on the floors and ran up and down the halls until midnight. We even had same kids banging on our door at 11:30 Honestly probably one of the worst stays we’ve had in a long time.
