This was a beautiful property very convenient to downtown Dallas and all shopping areas of Dallas. The only negative that I do have is that the hotel is too close to the interstate and if you are a light sleeper like myself the highway noise will keep you up all night.

The staff was kind and efficient.. Free coffee and water all day were a big plus. Breakfast was great, but it should be extended. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop bar was nice. The only downside was the noise from the highway.

Hidden Fees

I wasn't aware that there would be a $50.00 deposit plus a $15.00 parking fee. We'll receive$35.00 back. When it was time to unload and load our car there were no luggage cart, we waited 30min.. We had to take 2 trips to the car and back. Keep in mind my husband is on oxygen we were there for doctor visits and test at UTSW. We really enjoyed the view from the Monkey Bar.

The staff were phenomenal! Some of the best I have seen in the US. Kind, helpful, welcoming when we would walk in. The rooms were clean and good condition and the hotel was clean. They had a great rooftop bar that was quite popular. The neighborhood is not great -- my husband encountered a bit of a scary incident with a man on the sidewalk with a whip and unhoused people sleeping in the parking lot of the gas station next door, but there are some good restaurants and attractions -- just take Uber or Lyft.

Very nice hotel. I traveled alone for business and didn’t feel unsafe. Parking is $15 a day, which i think is a little inconvenient. There is also a bar? Upstairs so there is valet for that. So parking can be a bit of an issue as it’s not a huge parking lot. Staff are Really nice here. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but appreciated. Loved that there is coffee and tea in the lobby all day. Would be nice to have a microwave in the rooms. You have to go downstairs to warm up leftovers or anything. Hard when you are extremely tired. The hotel is next to the highway FYI. They do provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. For me, it was hard to sleep.
