Additional Rules;
Pool Access: Tenant has to go by Front office and present ID for name card for pool, 2 people allowed at the pool but have to be with tenant.
Laundry: There is a small washer and dryer in the closet but the building also offers full size washer and dryer which takes quarters.
NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
We allow well-behaved cats and dogs. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will range from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
A high chair and pack & play can be provided, but a fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.

Starter Kit Provided Only:
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of basic essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap.

For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional items as the starter kit will not be replenished during your stay.

Towels & Linens:
We provide a limited number of bath towels, hand towels, and bed linens at the start of your stay.

Please be aware: Extra towels are not provided, and we do not offer mid-stay towel or linen refresh services. For extended stays or additional needs, guests are encouraged to use the in-home washer and dryer.

We cover up to $100 per month in electricity. Any excess usage will be billed to the guest
If you plan to receive mail at the property, we recommend using a P.O. Box or arranging for deliveries to the front door. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail.
