It was definitely a beautiful hotel! Staff members were all amazing & answered any questions I had. Room service was even more amazing with a view of the city! Looking for a lovely weekend getaway go try out The Statler! It’s beautiful & let’s start with the waterproof upstairs was the highlight of the trip! The lady at the front desk was amazing. She was very helpful. I requested I needed a refund a week prior to arrive for personal reasons that we were unavoidable. The Statler would not grant me a refund nor would Expedia. I will never stay that again. This was my second time there.
