Residents in this neighborhood enjoy a mostly residential community with plenty of green space as well as a short commute to Dallas. The neighborhood is bordered by Interstate 345 and 635, making it easy to commute into downtown or the rest of the Dallas area.
You can find many restaurants scattered throughout the Lake Highlands neighborhood – all within a short drive of your home. Take a ride over to Lalibela Ethiopian Restaurant & Bar for some awesome food, or give some authentic Tex-Mex cuisine a whirl at El Fenix. (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag).
Please keep this in mind and bring your own toiletries when you come.
Maintenance Access:
Annual Preventive Maintenance: Some properties have scheduled checks for
smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc. We will notify you in advance if access is
needed.
Emergency Maintenance: If urgent repairs are required (e.g., water leaks, electrical
issues) and we cannot reach you within [X] hours, we reserve the right to enter the
unit.
Occupants & Guest Policy:
The main occupant must be listed on the reservation.

Mailbox Access:
