The staff was very attentive to my needs. The Madison does not refresh the rooms every morning and will upon request. I had not requested, but the front desk reached out to me asking if I'd like one which was very nice! Also, I had to leave a day early and they offered to call Expedia on my behalf to change my reservation. Shoutout to Stephanie!

Great boutique hotel with tons of charm. Parking situation was interesting, considering the neighborhood, but we had no problems overall. The rooms felt very clean and cozy, and the social places were great. Would 100% come again.

The hotel and staff, especially Jheri, were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time staying in a boutique hotel and I must say, I don't believe I'll ever go back to the "mainstream" hotels. The atmosphere as well as the decorations were brilliant, right up my alley. And, they have free happy hour, which is quite the surprise. I'll definitely be going back and highly recommend The Madison.

Clean...interesting building history...no one at the front desk/parlor area at night so you go grab your own extra towel if needed. Small NYC type room but newly remodeled. Extra $25 charge when I checked out, not sure why...no reply to my question.
