We were put into an accessible room when I specially asked for a room with a tub. I then climbed into bed and there was a dirty hand towel in between the sheets. There was an outside loud obnoxious street concert going on until midnight. There were doors slamming all night long, I got food poisoning from room service and was up in the bathroom all night. Then the cleaning staff were so loud and obnoxious in the morning that we couldn’t sleep. We left even though we had a reservation at the tea room which we will be charged for.
