The hotel seemed very outdated. I was excited to see vending machines but was disappointed to see them empty. There was an unknown substance (looked kinda like epsom salt) on the bathroom counter in our hotel room. I decided to sleep in rather than getting up for the “breakfast buffet” which turned out to be your standard hotel breakfast. My husband did get breakfast and said it was fine. The experience at the hotel overall was just kind of disappointing.

Could be a nice hotel but attention to detail was lacking. Some repair needs were obvious. Breakfast was disappointing. Just enough to say that offered breakfast. My wife screamed when some insect skittered across the door. It was clean.

Where is the Hotel?

Even with the GPS telling you, you have arrived all I see is Bank of America. This hotel needs to add to ad Hotel not visible from street go behind Bank of America. I asked girl at front if she knew the area enough tell me which way to Dallas. She did not know, so back to my GPS. But doing nothing when it's not busy why not educate the attendants of what is around them.

Everything was very nice. The only thing is that the Jacuzzi did not work but the hot tub portion was wonderful. Water was good and hot. I didn't bother management about it because it was my birthday weekend and I did not have time to request a room change.
