We had an issue with our reservation that we booked through Expedia, but the staff was super friendly and worked hard to resolve our issue. The rooms and the property were clean. The bed was comfortable, and I felt safe on this property.

Visually the room was fine. The bathroom door did not latch. The tv had the wrong remote and we had to get the correct one from the front desk. There was not shampoo or conditioner. We had to make a Walmart run late. There was not any information that shampoo and conditioner wasn’t provided. The cups provided for the coffee maker clearly state “not for hot beverages” they were also too small so coffee overflowed.

Overall the property it self is nice . Once you put bad management and housekeepers that doesn’t clean properly . You get nasty outcomes . I MEAN ONE ROOM WAS JUST OUT RIGHT DISGUSTING!!! I had to be moved I had to change my sheets because it looked as if someone had slept on them already!!!

Front argued with me about my service dog. Even though I have all paper work and ID if necessary. They began to tell me “we know he’s not a service dog”. Even going as far as telling me my dog wasn’t and doesn't need to be trained to be a service dog. Charged me extra for him as well. Very rude people disrespectful people! Wanted to pull up so website and start reading it to me as if I don’t know the rule of having a service dog! The floors weren’t cleaned well at all it smelled and the bathroom had someones clothes still in it.

Clean and economical.

My stay at Studio 6 was great experience, very clean and staff was helpful and courteous. I will come back there on future visits. I would like for the management monitor the customers for the no smoking policy and enforce it and keep it a 100% no smoking facility.
