The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is very clean and our beds were very comfortable. The location is super convenient to get to Six Flags. I certainly would stay there again.

Had 2 rooms. We stayed 4 days n housekeeping never went to clean or collect trash. Went to complain, staff said they didn't have anyone to collect the trash, then gave me a bag and said to collect the trash there. They said they would make sure it was cleaned next day but they never went. Asked for clean towels since they haven't replaced them and they said they didn't have enough for my 2 rooms. Had to go up and down to talk to staff because the phone in the room was just for "show" because it was not connected to any outlet or had a cord to connect to an outlet. Outdoor doors were kept unlocked without needing a key to access facility. Elevator makes loud noises and rumbles. Every night we were locked out of both our rooms. Every night after trying to go in our room, we had to go downstairs and get our keys rescanned.

Toilet backed up multiple times. Phone in the room did not have a card, so it was inoperable. No room service scheduled because it was every other day. Cleanliness is not displayed throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, this was my second stay to give the hotel another chance because my first stay was not nice.

The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even better. My room was spotless and well-designed, with a cozy bed and everything set up to make guests feel at home. I also loved how safe and quiet the property felt. The location is super convenient—close to restaurants, shopping, and major attractions, which made getting around really easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The photos of the bathroom in the rooms online is very misleading. My shower handle and faucet were so loose that when I went to turn it on, the entire thing felt like it was going to fall off. The drain was corroded and mold in the grout tile. Would not recommend booking .
