They gave me a room that was already booked. I terrified an innocent man by entering a room he had already checked into earlier that day. That type of mistake made me feel unsafe I had booked for two nights but I definitely checked out after the first night. Before I got my new room after the incident, the desk manager didn’t apologize instead they were concerned about the other guy who was in the room first. Poor customer service to the pick

On average it was pretty good but it lacks some details - the gym smells pretty much of fungus, machines need maintenance, no hand gel at all, I cleaned the airconditioner filters, the carpet in and outside of the room smell, how about changing scramble to boiled egg, it was really tasteless. But we were satisfied pretty well. Thanks for the service

It’s a budget hotel, which is fine, just know it’s not a Holiday Inn/etc. I understand you have to put down a deposit but they hold it a week before releasing the hold on your card? No matter what I did the air conditioner stayed on literally the entire time, which made it hard to sleep. The door to the room had been pried open from a prior stay, the door and frame were damaged. Not sure why, you could change the channels on the TV but the volume buttons didn’t work on the remote control. So I couldn’t hear the TV due to the non-stop air conditioning running. Breakfast had cream cheese… but no bagels? I knew it was a budget hotel going in but with the pictures and 8.6 rating, I thought I found a great deal, but it wasn’t what I experienced.
Door to room was damaged from a prior stay.
