The location of the room was great. We had a first floor near the breakfast area. The pull out couch in the room was not good. It was lump and you could feel the support bars. I finally just slept on the couch without pulling it out.

Older property, buildings separated like apartments. Walls are thin and sound permeates easily. Gardener was leaf blowing at 7am and I heard it loud and clear. Not good if I were on vacation, not good as I was on a conference call. Room was clean, older layout, convenient kitchen suite for long stays. There is a gym and the lobby has been renovated nicely.
