Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We had booked a two bedroom unit for our stay and ahead of arrival host told us there was a plumbing issue but that they had another unit available for no additional cost. They failed to tell us that the new unit only had one bedroom and when we asked about compensation for the smaller unit since we paid for a two bedroom, the host refused. The one bedroom unit we were put in left someone sleeping on the couch for the weekend, had no extra blankets, and had a bathroom door that didn’t close.
