No hot water the 4 days . I had to shower with cold water . Front desk did nothing. When asked to change the room, same issue so stayed in the one . They said give us a hour to check boilers . That was 72 hours. No daily housekeeping like advertised as an amenity. . A nightmare. I travel for work . Trash everywhere they never cleaned it. All week .
