We provide a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish detergent to get your stay started smoothly. You’re welcome to restock as needed to keep your spring adventure going strong!
Parking: Please note that our property does not include gated parking. Guests may use street parking or other available spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.
-A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.
NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
PETS: Please let us know If you have a dog, even if it's a service dog. We would appreciate it.
We allow well-behaved cats and dogs. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if a dog is in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will range from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick them up after your dog.
Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $100 per month in electricity. Any excess usage will be billed to the guest
If you plan to receive mail at the property, we recommend using a P.O. Box or arranging for deliveries to the front door. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail.
