The first suite the pull out bed was broken so I moved to a new one and it was broken as well. The furniture was dirty. The couches looked like they had been pulled out of a dumpster, the hallways were so dirty, the elevator had me scared to even use it, it smelled horribly of smoke and weed. It was me, my husband, and 3 children. We didn’t feel safe so we checked out after being there less than 30 minutes.

I checked in for three nights, so I made sure these weren't just single day issues before posting my review. The showers do not get hot, the fridge didn't work, I paid for a "suite" with a blow dryer that it didn't have, plus the pillows are not supportive at all. The breakfast options were scrambled eggs or waffle. That is it. To top off all of these issues, I also saw multiple roaches during each day of my stay. I burned my clothing and writing this entire chain of hotels off my list to potentially use. Please refrain from staying here because even at the prices you'll likely leave severely disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Roaches in the bathroom. Requested extra towels and was told no extra towels. I booked a suite with family of 6, and was only given 2 towels. We had to go buy towels for our family to be able to have enough towels for everyone. Breakfast was horrible.

Walking in the hotel smelled like smoke and weed. The carpets and rooms dirty. Stains on the top comforter. We only had one towel and had to go get more. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. This hotel really needs to be cleaned and upgraded. Invest in air fresheners

I mean, I constantly got harassed by the cops for no reason I would not suggest anyone going to that hotel. I give it no stars and will never recommend anyone. Best thing they can do is shut it down because the cops were there abusing their authority harassing us.

BEWARE: This place is awful! A kid was kidnapped in the parking lot and dozens of cops are there daily for many reasons. Lots of druggies and sketchy people. Hotel says no smoking but you can smell cigarettes, weed, and other sorts of burning all day, all night throughout the halls. Not a safe area for anyone with kids. Breakfast is a joke. The white guy working the breakfast line every day dumps too much water in the waffle mix that it's literally inedible. Bananas are old and rotten. Eggs are gross. If you're good with eating yogurt and coffee every morning for breakfast, that's about the only safe thing you'll get. The good stuff he hoards so that he can take it home. At 9:30 every morning he's loading his van with what you could have had for breakfast. There is only one staff member who is respectful and has common sense, it's the skinny Indian girl, she's wonderful. The rest of the staff, good luck communicating with. The floors are falling in throughout the entire hotel and they just ran cheap carpet over it to cover it up but you can feel the foundation crumbling and when you walk the halls, it sounds like bigfoot is coming. We moved rooms twice. First time my toddlers were running around the room being kids while I was remotely working and a big buff angry dude came banging on my door threatening me. Staff did nothing. There's dog poop EVERYWHERE, nobody cleans. Roach infestation that will make you question your entire existence. RUN!! Stay in your car if you have to!
