Staff was friendly and room was air conditioned, and that is where the good things stop. The elevator stopped working mid day, the rooms felt so grimy and run down. We had a pull out couch bed in our room and it collapsed under the weight of my child. Cockroaches in the bathroom the following morning. Just gross.

When you book with a known brand, there's a certain expectation of that brand. TV channels weren't setup and took them 2 days to fix after repeated complains? Coffee was sporadic at breakfast with only a single 12 cup caraft available, vs multiple or larger caraft ?

Large ants, sharp metal sticking up in the pull out, carpet coming up, tvs didn’t work, no place to hang your towels in the bathroom, vent cover coming off, rude children running up and down the hallways, shower not clean, blood (?) stained curtains, heavy drug activity both seen in the parking lot, and smelled in the hallways.
