This was a decent stay for the price. The hotel needs to be upgraded, but the room was clean, the service was efficient and friendly and the location is easy to get to. Although at first glance it may seem sketchy, it met our needs of a clean and comfortable bed to sleep in.

Terrible service the person that is supposed to give us the key card wasn’t up there when my parents arrived before me.They had to wait 20 minutes while the worker got of his vehicle and ran inside.He told her here’s the paper and key card just walked away and left in his vehicle.Then a few minutes later I arrived…. Same thing happened to me. I have to wait 30 minutes to get check in plus even worse the rooms smell like smoke and weed never been more disappointed me and my family have been traveling to Dallas and staying in the same hotel never again ….

I would not stay here again the smell of the rooms they’re non-smoking so you pay a nice penny for non-smoking but yet the room still smells like smoke need new paint job my tub looked dirty, but was bleached by me myself never again last option
