Hotel is open when construction and repairs going on lots of things doesn’t work , Rooms are dark and insufficient light , gym not open , I asked for refrigerador or microwave in rooms , internet on and off But staff are very good nice and works well and hard cleaning staff are excellent, I prepaid with breakfast but never do that !!!

1. No full wall between the bathroom and the bathing area. So no full privacy. 2. Poorly maintained duvet covers 3. No ACTUAL CURTAINS to block light 4. No refrigerator 5. They had a coffee maker but I had to put it on the FLOOR to plug it in and use it. 6. There WAS a room phone, but no dial tone/not connected. 7. A man stayed screaming about how much he hated American and wanted to kill us all in the hallway several times. When we called the front desk, he said he’d send “house keeping” up to deal with it. Honestly, a really poor experience. Oh, and there was approximately 8 inches of space to walk between one bed and the wall, in order to get to the other bed and ac unit.

The hotel room was super clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and kind. It was a bit noisy since the construction isn’t finished yet, and it was a shame we couldn’t check out the pool—but we still had a really great time. For the price, the facilities were clean and nice. Especially the room with the “Egypt” carpet— we had such a lovely time there with friends 💛

The room was nice, but the water in the shower was either burning hot or cold no in between. Also a last minute change was that the week of our trip, maintenance and construction began so there were no amenities available besides the bar. Not even the fitness room was accessible.

Was charged for parking in an open lot next to a main road but with no security at all. Anyone could park in the lot but the hotel imposed a daily charge. They even confirmed there was no security personnel to monitor the lot or track the parking. But the hotel required a charge. The sinks were odd. Using the sink meant water would get on the mirror above the sink because they were so close to each other. No hand soap supplied in the room. No kleenix but it is winter and Kleenex are needed. The room lighting is too dark; thus difficult to work in the room after 5:00.

Not bad, not great. Nylo used to shine a little brighter years ago. Easy in/out access to the location, however why do we have to pay $10 per day for parking in a regular parking lot? No garage, no outside security, no nothing. Nickel and diming where they can, I suppose. Rooms are just okay. Very small. The industrial style hotel design and rooms are super outdated. Bed was okay, bed linens were horrible. The room bathrooms are open air above which provides no privacy or warmth. No central air so the window unit was tricky, hard to keep a solid temp and the unit itself needed to be cleaned as after night one, we had sinus issues. Food was mediocre at best, they had breakfast buffet (motel style) and then closed til 4pm so NO lunch option on site. Dinner was very "bar food" style. Gym was small but clean and enough options to get a good workout. Office meeting spaces were small but doable. No onsite business center. Hotel convenience store area was severely lacking. Staff was fine. No major issues to deal with. Check in/out was fast. I wouldnt stay here on business. Its more geared toward "twenty something" year old travelers. Great location as its close to alot of dining and shopping options and major roads. Mid overall.
