The fire alarm went off at 7:45am on the first morning and it was WAY TOO LOUD. The walls and floor are concrete and the noise was literally so deafening that I couldn't even think my way out of that room let alone walk out. I don't even think the decibel level of the alarm was to code standards. NFPA 72 and many local codes limit fire alarm appliances to a maximum sound pressure level of 110 dBA at the minimum hearing distance from the appliance, which would be from the perspective of a person standing under the alarm. There is no way that this passes code given the concrete floors / ceiling. but to their credit the staff was very nice and they gave me some points on some account that I can't easily access without spending 30 minutes to fix something (for whatever that's worth). Everything else about this hotel I really like. Staff was very nice and I like this modern architecture. Desk was big. I was able to do lots of work. The free wifi was a very decent rate of 80 mbps download... I can't remember the upload. Everything about this hotel is good... except the fire alarm. I'd come here again... but not before having earplugs ready to go in an emergency.

This is the third time that I have stayed at this hotel and it is an amazing place to stay! Rooms are clean and well stocked. The location is great and the customer service is 100% OnPoint Carlos the concierge was amazing, and assisting me in multiple ways during my stay.
