Staff was very nice, and the room was very clean. Their breakfast is very well put together, and definitely worth it. If you don't like what's on the buffet, they have a kitchen and can accommodate your requests. Pleasant New Year's Eve stay for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel overall. The property was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities made the stay feel relaxing and enjoyable. Staff members were friendly, professional, and attentive, which really added to the positive experience. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. That said, one important issue did detract from an otherwise excellent stay. The hotel did not clearly disclose that a required deposit would be charged for each night of the stay. This came as an unexpected surprise at check-in and would have been helpful to know in advance for budgeting purposes. Transparency around this policy would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would consider returning, but I hope the hotel improves its communication regarding nightly deposits to avoid confusion for future guests.
