I was laying in bed asleep and somehow had a bite on my leg from something. Saw two mice and bugs. Def not what I wanted too see for almost two nights. Had to wait too check in as room wasn't available yet

This hotel was horrible. Although it is in a very nice part of town, it did not feel safe, had to wait outside to check-in. We go to the room, and it was a dump. The table that had been screwed to the wall was falling off, the tv would not work. We requested another room and were told that none were available. We had booked 2 nights and after seeing the room we were going to stay 1 night since we arrived very late but after being told we could not change rooms and had no tv, we left and found a decent hotel. We have stayed at Motel 6 hotels before without any issues, but this place was horrible and a complete waste of money as I had to book rooms at another hotel. Very, very disappointed.

Love to stay at this location when I go to visit friends It’s always clean , rooms are big. I like that they have a big grass area in the back for pets. Staff is friendly and you get checked in really fast .

My room door handle was broke and took 30 minutes before they gave me to new room. Once in room, shower handle was brook and I could not shower and finally the sink in bathroom was a slow drain, therefore I had to keep waiting for water to drain while brushing my teeth and washing up since the shower didnt work. Staff appeared to be unbothered and this is a hotel where people are actually living there.

Motel 6 in Addison has a microwave and refrigerator. It's convenient when you don't want to go out to eat. The rooms are nicer than Farmer's Branch and Garland area.

For the price range, this hotel is cleaner and quieter than similar options. No bathroom counter is a big drawback, but no bugs is a huge positive. Safe bet if you’re looking to stay cheap.
