Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for $75/day with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note that same-day requests may not be possible, as the pool requires time to reach the desired temperature.

Pool Maintenance: The pool is serviced weekly on Thursdays. If you’d like an additional cleaning during your stay, we’re happy to coordinate this for an additional fee—just reach out to us in advance.

Excellent Stay Perfect Location in Plano!We had a wonderful 15-day stay at this beautiful home while attending two family events. The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Plano. It is just minutes from parks walking trails and making everything very convenient.The house was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. The swimming pool was clean, beautiful, and a great place for our family to relax. The host was extremely kind, responsive, and cooperative, providing clear instructions and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.One of the best things about this property is its location. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, especially Pakistani and Indian (desi) food, which was a big plus for us. If you’re visiting from abroad for a vacation, attending a family event, or simply spending time with relatives, this is an ideal place to stay.It’s also easy to drive to downtown Dallas, Six Flags, or Fort Worth and return to a peaceful, safe neighborhood that truly feels like home.We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful host and Vrbo for such an excellent experience!

We booked this property specifically because it advertised a pool, which was a key factor for our family.Upon arrival on March 27, the pool was not usable. It contained significant debris, visible dirt settled at the bottom, and the water condition raised concerns about safety. We documented everything immediately and notified the host.Over the course of the stay, despite repeated follow-ups and involvement from Vrbo, the issue was not properly addressed. The host delayed action, provided inconsistent information, and at times claimed the pool had been serviced when it clearly had not been restored to a usable condition.It was not until the day before checkout that a pool technician ( Israel- JB Pool Services) came and confirmed there were underlying issues with the pool system that required attention. By that point, the stay was effectively over, and the amenity we paid for was unavailable for nearly the entire duration.We also had to spend a significant amount of time during our stay coordinating between the host and Vrbo due to lack of responsiveness from the host.The result was that our children were unable to use the pool at all, which defeated the primary purpose of booking this property and significantly impacted our experience.This property was not maintained as advertised, and the host did not take appropriate responsibility to resolve the issue in a timely manner.We do not recommend this property.
The pool was in unacceptable condition upon arrival and remained unusable for nearly our entire stay. Despite multiple requests and photo evidence, it was only addressed the day before checkout.
The pool had visible debris, dirt settled at the bottom, and unclear water quality.
