We are on the second floor of a 2-story building so no one walking above you. Free parking on-site, washer and dryer for use, comfortable queen mattress and an additional sofa futon for overnight guests. Walking distance to stores, and public transportation, and only minutes from downtown Dallas.

Enjoy this stylish decorated 1 bedroom 1-bathroom cozy 600 sqft apartment near downtown Dallas. This beautiful apartment is located on the second floor and has vinyl flooring throughout. Enjoy a gel top queen-size bed also fit for a king, as well as a full-size layout futon/couch and an air mattress (at request) for comfort. Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, full bathroom, and full open kitchen.

Guests will have access to the entire unit, uninterrupted.
