The living and dining areas feature LED lighting and stylish furniture. The bedroom offers a peaceful escape with stunning night views and plenty of natural light through large windows, complemented by warm wooden floors.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed based on size, but please notify us in advance to avoid cancellation. There is an additional cleaning fee per pet:

- 1-4 Nights: $25 per night

- 5-29 Nights: $200 total

- 30+ Nights: $300 total



Guests must be verified before their stay. To ensure security and meet legal requirements, you may need to provide:

- A government-issued photo ID

- Confirmation of contact information

- Verification through our portal

- In some cases, a criminal background check

Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed.



We use surveillance cameras in hallways and a Minut device in the unit to monitor noise.



A $75 Damage Protection Program applies to your stay and protects against accidental damages up to $150.



Please note that garage parking is available for an additional $20 per day. Guests must register their vehicle to prevent towing. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation, and trucks are not allowed in the garage.
