The house has a great location and a nice view. With the exception of the carpet and rug, which are worn and dirty, it's very clean. Mechanicals work well eg. appliances, heat/ac, dishwasher, baths, beds, etc. However, the cosmetics and amenities are seriously lacking. For example, the sofa is tired, the fireplace is missing the screen, kitchenware is missing or old, there are no hangers or extra towels upstairs, and there is only 1 blowdryer. The downstairs 'mud room' is empty except for some loose electrical items and a few being stored. Artwork has been removed from several walls but the hanging hardware is still there. The exterior show wear and neglect. The back patios have some amenities like tables, chairs, bbq, but everything is dusty, helter-skelter and not set up for guests (even some trash on the upstairs patio). With more attention to detail, this house could be really great. The price is good so if cosmetics don't bother you, it's a good deal.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely lake-front home. The home was spacious, well-located, and had everything our family needed. The owner was VERY quick with his responses to any questions we had. I would absolutely book this location again.

The house was perfectly located on Lake Ray Hubbard in order to watch the Christmas Boat Parade. There was plenty of room and the master bath and closet were so pretty I almost could have just lived there! Main floor had a great flow, and the balcony off the living area was great!

The lake is beautiful. Home could use some updates but great space for a family of 7. Host responded to some concerns/questions fairly quickly. Quite a few stairs, so if you can’t do stairs, may not be the best location for you. A little bummed that there isn’t a grill on upstairs patio also. Given that people have to walk thru master to get to lower deck. Grilling is hard when you have to walk up and down. Master and laundry room are the only rooms downstairs. Everything else is upstairs. However, over all truly enjoyed the space/view. Breakfast on the upstairs patio with my family was wonderful!

Great Potential — Some Details to Work Out

This is a spacious, well-located townhome with a great view of Lake Ray Hubbard. It’s close to shopping, dining, and other conveniences, which made it a solid base for our trip. We also appreciated the variety of activities—board games, a video arcade, and corn hole were big hits with our group.That said, the property could benefit from more attention to detail. We arrived to find it needed both interior and exterior cleaning, and we ended up replacing the propane and fixing the grill burners ourselves. While these may seem like small things, they did impact our overall experience.We’re a laid-back, experienced group of travelers, and our goal wasn’t to complain but to offer constructive feedback. I communicated our concerns privately to the host, Jason, so he can decide how to proceed in terms of improving the guest experience.With a bit more care and responsiveness, this property has the potential to be truly excellent.

Perfect meetup between TX and AR Family

We met our son, daughter in law, and 18 month old grandson at the property. The weather was great, the nearby park was perfect for a small child, and the property is outfitted with everything you could want. 5 Stars and I don't give that rating away easily.

This property had everything my family wanted and needed for our weekend vacation. It was very clean and was represented properly on the site. Very spacious and comfortable. I love that it had a hand ton loaded down with board games and an arcade game.
