The air conditioning in my hotel room was not functioning properly. I was moved to another room; however, the air conditioning in that room was also not working. I reported the issue again and was informed that a technician would be sent to fix the problem, but no one came to address it. I was later told that I would receive a partial refund; however, upon checkout, the front desk staff informed me that no refund would be provided. Additionally, the breakfast quality was below average.

The room was decent for the night. The people next to me on both sides were noisy, so I couldn’t sleep very well. The washed clothes had hair on them. It takes a minute for the shower to run hot. There are shuttle services, but they don’t use them—you’ll have to take an Uber, and they reimburse you in cash. They will order you an Uber in the morning to the airport. I honestly think he was just lazy to drive, but whatever. It wasn’t bad overall. The night service desk staff was nice. The stay wasn’t bad, and it’s worth what you paid for.

Hotel smelled bad from the lobby to the room. Homeless people coming into the hotel. Staff were rude or just didnt care. Office center none of the computers worked. Breakfast was ok. Gym was ok. Room had broken tv remote and broken light.

The breakfast is always great. The ladies that serve it are wonderful. We had one big problem, our tv didn’t work ! We were promised it to replace the next day. Guess what, we come back and no tv!!!Thry said the maintenance man didn’t come to work.
