Weird smell when entering our room. Clicking sound in the walls between entrance and bathroom. From the time we checked into our room (424) there’s a weird clicking sound (like when you flip a light switch) between the entrance and bathroom. Notified the manager the first night who said they couldn’t move us because they were full. Spoke to the front desk in the morning who said the storage door on the roof was open and it’s fixed. Clicking sound didn’t go away the second night and manager notified again, and he said he fixed the problem this time. Welp it still happened the 3rd day. Never offered to change the room. Maintenance came and nothing happened with that or an update. Let them know when I checked out and never offered apology or anything, just was brushed off!

Terrible experience

Hotel is infested with bed bugs. After a four night stay we are leaving with bites all over. We had to bag our belongings, switch out sheets twice, switched rooms to accommodate our stay until our departure approached.

The hotel is located in the back part of two other hotels. Kinda sketchy. Hotel wasn’t bad, it was okay. The breakfast was typical. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. King bed was hard. Had to change rooms because the first room given to us didn’t have a tv, but Jamie was really sweet and changed our room. Room 212 is very spacious. Not sure if it was a handicap room or not (had a walk in shower) but it worked.
