First it started while checking in, I went through a 3rd party (Expedia) and paid in full, the guy at front desk still charged me in full and said they only get my card at booking to “hold” just in case I didn’t show or cancelled. Even though I told him I had already paid in full through Expedia. He didn’t say anything else. Then Front desk moved us rooms due to our shower head being broken and just fixed with tape. While showering the water was spraying everywhere so it basically flooded the restroom and or hallway. Once moved since it was raining the water was also leaking through the window. At this point it was almost midnight I just wanted to sleep. The pillows are paper thin, beds are so uncomfortable. Could be more stocked, I have a family of 5 and only 2 towels in the room. At check out there was another gentleman at front desk he explained the confusion between them and Expedia and why I was charged twice, I wished that was explained to me at check in so I could’ve called Expedia before they double charged my card. At check in I was also charged the 50$ deposit to my card even though I paid it in cash. All together this will be my only time staying with them.
