Rooms weren’t as clean as I’d like but still very nice. Parking easy… staff were all pretty nice except owner was a lil cranky…but dont worry you only deal with him at check in… lol showers were good, and you have your own balcony …My fav part

Just common sense things was bad. Upon entering the room the light switch to the the left that should have turned a light on did nothing. Out of two bedside lamps and one desk lamp two of them the bulbs were gone. Upon turning the TV on, said the signal was blocked. Guy behind the desk, unblocked it. After he left, I tried to turn the channel and the remote wouldn't change the channel. It wouldn't respond whatsoever. The mattress had a spot in the middle of it where somebody had set and the mattress collapse down like a pothole in the middle of the bed. I did like the sliding glass doors on the shower though. Plenty of hot water. I don't understand why the maid don't just look over things like that checking the TV out and making sure all the lamps work. It's a no-brainer.

The room was dingy with cobwebs and the smell of despair. The tv did not work. A smoke detector was missing. The safety latch on the door (the only lock) was twisted and barely attached from someone previously kicking the door in. We booked a handicapped accessible room because it is advertised on their website and it was not accessible at all. No ramp and the curb is so tall that my disabled friend had to get out of his chair and wrestle with it. The bathroom door was too narrow to fit a wheelchair and even if a wheelchair could get thru, the shower doors were too narrow to fit one. We told the front desk and asked for a suitable room and they said "No, this is the good one". There are only 2 wheelchair ramps on the whole building and they are at the back out of view. I specifically asked if we could have one of those rooms or one near and was told they were not available. Staff seemed annoyed by my presence and was unable to print a receipt. This place officially makes it into my top 5 of WORST HOTEL ROOMS I've ever stayed in over my entire life.

The room and bathroom was very dirty and gross. The tv didn’t work and when I tried to call the front desk I realized the phone line was literally cut. So I called them from my cell phone to let them know that and he didn’t seem to care. The towels had dark stains and weren’t all the way clean. There was a huge pile of hair in the corner of the bathroom. We made sure our door was locked but when we got up at 7 am, someone had unlocked it. I now see why this place was $54.

Ok, not secure. Very very noisey. Abit of cleaning would be great ..... cobwebs in corners, ceilings, bathroom register was absolutely filthy, the shower was nice because no tub but the caulking was moldy. Bed was good, pillows ick. Price right, convenient to our event.
