This hotel was very nice! Flavored water, coffee, cookies in the lobby. We loved the cafe open late night as we got in at 11 and hadn't eaten. The room was clean and nice and the gym looked awesome too.

When we arrived we were told there would be no water until early in the morning. We told them this would not work. They called another Hyatt and we were booked into another hotel but had to pay again for another room. We were told by the manager that he would refund are money to expedia if they would call the hotel. Please let us know when we can expect a refund..

We came to the Hyatt after a long day stuck in an airport. We were tired, cranky and just wanted a place to rest. The reception we got from everyone at the Hyatt was just what we needed. The front desk staff was so kind and even gave us little toothbrushes, toothpaste, and water bottles. Everyone we came across was kind and welcoming and gave us lots of little tips along the way, we only stayed for one night, but we also got to enjoy a wonderful breakfast the next morning at the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If we’re ever in need again we will definitely stay at the Hyatt! Thank you so much for making a rough couple of days a little bit better!
