The elevator could've been a scene out of Final Destination. Only 1 working & it stopped at the 3rd floor regardless of direction & not selected. Stops at 4, door opens an inch then closes to resume, door slams closed. Even the floor indication numbers above were falling out from violent movements. Overall, a nice place with very friendly staff. Would stay again, just a safety concern.

The room was clean and well played out. Would be nice to have microwaves in the bigger rooms. Also the lighting in the bathroom seemed faulty but we were told “that’s just how things are”. Unfortunately one team member working the front counter definitely should not be in customer service.

First problem - this room was advertised as 2 queen beds. The beds were not Queen, they were full sized beds. Second problem - our room smelled like weed. I guess the people next door were smoking weed. The smell was so strong in our room and hallway. We let the front desk know but they didn’t act like they cared. No one called to check on us, if the smell was still there or anything. Our room was not cleaned and we had no towels. Called to ask for towels and was told we would have to come downstairs to get them ourselves. The elevators were not working properly. One didn’t work at all and the other was on its last leg. The numbers inside the elevator were having out of the compartment. The elevator would stop at floors when the button wasn’t pushed. It was a bumpy ride.

We did an in-town overnight, celebrating our anniversary. The lobby was oddly placed and seems cramped, but it was clean. We appreciated the gated parking area. The room was very clean and spacious, and the wooden flooring was a pleasant surprise. The internet was very good, we were able to connect our Roku to the TV and stream just fine. The issue we experienced was that the noise from the freeway was pretty extreme. The twelve-year-olds on their motorcycles their Challengers & Hellcats were having a ball way past midnight.

Cockroaches in room, moved to a room with no working outlets, TV, or phone. Had to be moved to a third room late at night after traveling all day. Elevator wasn't working and housekeeping skipped our room. Manager was not available and never contacted us like we were told the would. Awful experience and I will never stay there again!

Worst stay ever. Upon arrival I attempted to add my husbands name so he could check us in since I was nursing my son. The front desk lady however would not allow this saying it was impossible to add a name. When checking in the facility was unbearably hot as the ac was out. We were then given a room on the 5th floor that we did not have access to as both elevators did not go to the 5th floor. When we went back the front desk the lady said there was nothing she could do so we asked for a refund but then were told she can open another room on the 3rd floor. We also did not have access to this floor via the elevator and the only way we could get up or down from the room was if we took the stairs with 2 small children, our luggage, and me being 8 moths pregnant. Once we get to the room there was trash under the couch, the bathroom was dirty, and we paid for 2 queen beds and were given 2 full beds. At this point we were exhausted from a day a traveling and tried to make do. The toilet seat was loose and broken and both my son and I fell through. Luckily my husband was able to tighten it enough to get us by until the morning. All night the fire alarm kept going off and flashing a bright green light. We could hear everything going on outside the hotel: gunshots, emergency responders, traffic not to mention all the commotion in the hotel itself. When checking out we requested a printed receipt for our records but were told they were unable to do so. I would not recommend this stay.

The only problem was with the elevator. It was slow and sometimes would get stuck on some floor and we would have to wait while it was reset or take the stairs which was not an option for my 72 yr old wife.
