The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. My room was clean and water. Pressure was great. I Love a nice hot shower in the morning. I will stay here again when I’m in Texas.

This is a great location. Sonny on the night shift was amazingly help Gold Star for him. They do need to keep water and towels in the gym would be there only down fall.

I paid a little more for a bigger room (2 queens and a pull out) but when i arrived the front desk lady told me there was only a king and a pullout available and that they were sold out. ok, no problem, i can make that work, although that option was a little cheaper and i paid for the more expensive option. I get my whole family in the room and to sleep but at midnight i hear someone repeatedly trying to get inside my room. the only reason they couldn't is because we had all the deadbolts locked. i get up and make it known that someone is in the room so they will go away but they continue to knock. I open it enough to peek out and its a man saying he's with the front desk and my room is assigned to someone else. I tell him that my three children are asleep and I'm not waking them up. He says he'll call, so five minutes later the room phone is ringing. He wants my name, I tell him, and it seems I have the same last name as the other guest and I was given their room (which was too small for my family of five). at this point nothing can be done because it's midnight. If anything, the hotel should just refund me a little money since they kept me up past midnight from their mistake and gave me a lesser room than i paid for. it was a really busy time for the hotel--they couldn't keep up with making coffee for all the guests the next morning, which is understandable. we travel a lot and I get it, but the front desk was kind of careless with assigning rooms.
