The complementary breakfast was great! I was in town for a work trip. Walking down the street to the Stonebriar Shopping Center was very convenient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful upon my arrival for checking in/out.

very good place. nice and convenient to places we need to go in the area. good breakfast and indoor pool. however, expedia says free parking but was charge. 1 elevator working during our visit that takes longer time going up and down from the 6th floor. over all, a nice place to stay.

Breakfast was the only thing ok about this place, the bed was hard, the shower didn’t get hot and was NOT clean, we had to request room service and I asked for towels and they made me come down and get them myself, and never heard of this but we had to pay for parking 10$ a day “due to the hotel having complimentary breakfast” Breakfast was an average breakfast same as any other hotel I have gotten free breakfast from so the parking made no sense.

The staff was friendly! The breakfast was amazing! They had an omelette station, which I’ve never seen in a hotel. The room was nice and cozy. Maybe a few upgrades in the bathroom but it was still nice. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

I stayed at this hotel from January 1st to 3rd. When I first opened the door to my room, there was a very strong food smell. I requested a room change at the front desk, but they refused, saying there were no other rooms available, and instead gave me an air freshener spray to use. Also, one of the elevators was broken, so all hotel guests had to use only one elevator. It was always crowded and very inconvenient. Furthermore, when I checked in, they asked for my car information, and later charged me for parking without any prior notice during check-in. Even the Hyatt Regency hotel across the street offers free parking... If you're considering staying at this hotel, be aware of the hidden parking fees. It's practically a scam. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was very clean and quiet place, the staff are very nice and friendly and the breakfast omelette to order is delicious and all the other options is fabulous. Food is very fresh and well stocked. Every time I’m in Frisco , tx this is my go to hotel to stay at.

Well there was only 1 elevator working and so many people so we had to use the stairs. Woke up to no electricity so we couldn’t take showers or even get ready there . It was horrible.
