This hotel isn’t what it used to be and it’s clear what crowd they try to cater to while disregarding the guests who are actually staying at the property. The service is lackluster and it seems they now rely on the popularity of their restaurants rather the experience quality for their hotel guests. Housekeeping is the best part of this hotel. The bar and restaurant staff prioritize certain type of people. I wanted to have a quick drink prior to heading back and was turned away due to them closing soon. However, a certain type of person asked after me and they were seated. I requested certain amenities for my room and had to call front desk 3 times. It was never delivered. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel or experience.
