The room was neglected as it was infested with roaches and n the refrigerator which got into our groceries. The toilet didn’t work and eve at the temperature of 62 it felt like 90 plus degrees. The front desk morning staff was very irate and argumentative not helpful at all. The beds were broken and sucked in besides everything being totally outdated. No one even tried to compensate or assist us with this matter.

Not a good stay

We used to book this place each year at least twice for a week at a time and it was nice. So this time we went there was an infestation of roaches on the counters and refrigerator. And the room furniture being not only out dated but the bed caving in and the vents nor the lights in the kitchenette area worked and the room light. The toilet kept running over, then all the water went out and it stopped working. The biggest issue was the air not working properly even with the air on 62 it didn’t get cold and housekeeping even told us that the floor was extremely hot. Problem was there was no one there to assist with any of this issues as it was over the weekend and because we chose to book third party.
Disgusting especially after they were running into our food.
At 62 the room was still too hot

When we checked in, the room was hot. AC was not working and the maintenance guy came to change out the filter and it started cooling down. Water pressure was horrible. The toilet doesn’t flush from midnight - 9 am. The AC makes weird noises. After the first night, the room wasn’t even cleaned. No conditioner. We had to check out a night early because it was horrible.

Noisy Neighbors

Hotel and staff were great. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. However we did not sleep well, or sleep really, due to some VERY noisy guests in the room across the hall that came in screaming at 230am and continued to party and fight until someone else on the floor called the police. Police came at 330am to deal with the situation but we did not get much rest to say the very least so it was not an overall good experience for us.

This hotel needs to review their cleaning policy. There was a dried up stain on floor and chair that was never properly addressed. Not sure what kind of detergent they use for bedding and sheets, it smelt like grease. I would have rather they use clorox or something that smelt fresh.

We chose this hotel due to suite room set up for our family. It met those needs. WiFi didn’t work during our stay with poor cell service at the location. And AC doesn’t turn down lower than 68, temp felt closer to 70. Room set up was great, breakfast was as expected.

Important for families with kids staying more than 1 night: The property falsely advertises “daily housekeeping,” but it’s actually every other day. I stayed 3 nights (Thu–Sun) with toddlers, and housekeeping was done only once—on Saturday. When I asked, the front desk confirmed it’s every other day, regardless of stay length. This misleading information influenced my decision to book. If they had clearly mentioned it in the room description or guest services, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Good for a family stay

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The stairwells had food litter, including old corn cobs and banana peels. There were a lot of unsupervised children as part of a soccer group staying there. The staff were busy working and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Great Staff!

The staff was amazing! They were very accommodating. However, the room was not in good shape. There were tears in the pillows on the couch. The bottom Of the dishwasher as disfigured. There was a reddish stain on the curtains. The bathroom faucet at the tub had black specks all over the top of it. The bottom drawer in the bedroom wouldn’t push into the tiny dresser and the draw on the nightstand wouldn’t push in either. The beds were hard and incredibly uncomfortable. The pull out couch had a mattress that couldn’t have been thicker than 3”. We left a day early because we weren’t able to sleep.
