The property is in desperate need of upgrading. Our room smelled like urine, the floors in the kitchen and bathroom were filthy, and the sinks needed a deep cleaning. It was so disgusting it made us want to vomit. The bedding didn't look clean, the bed was only half-made, and we even found trash left in the drawers. The bathtubs were hideous, covered in green lime scale. When we brought this to management, we were flat-out dismissed and told the room had "already been serviced." We were treated like third-class citizens. Housekeeping is doing a poor job, but ultimately that falls on management. As a Hilton member, I felt incredibly disrespected. Loyalty clearly means nothing at this location.

We didn't receive room service for couple days. No hot breakfast either on January 1. The most part was the terrible quality of the mattress. The mattress was in really bad condition; the hotel owner should replace the mattress. Worst mattress ever.

We were not told that housekeeping is every other day, we skipped the first day, so with the holiday season we didn’t get any for 4 nights. Bathtub fixtures came apart first time we used it. Nobody answered the reception desk in the evening
