The only negative I have is that the mattresses and pillows were to soft. Trying to lay on the mattress hurt my back since there was no support for my back. I also tried the sofa bed and it help a little when I put a pillow under my back to support it. I was laying on my left side since I sleep on that side. On the Sofa bed I could get my back closer to the right edge for more support. I would recommend they get firmer mattresses in some of the rooms.

The motel itself was great. Parking was a nightmare, spots are too narrow to gain access into your own car every morning. Lots of homeless people roaming around made me uneasy. The breakfast food was not good at all.

Cleanliness was great! I will never stay at this hotel again. I booked through hotels.com. I added another night through them as well, only to get a call from the hotel that my stuff was still in my room, yet I told them I booked an extra day. I ended up (easily) getting my refund through hotels.com (thank you!) but that hotels.com reached out to Home2Suites about the extra day, yet they never replied after three tries. The receptionist wouldn't take my card over the phone, wouldn't use the card on file to book an extra day, I had to go online to book an extra day. As I was walking in later that night, they insisted the card on file was declining, in which I told them it's already been paid for so they shouldn't be charging it again! Overall, almost paid $650 for one night stay at this hotel. This is the Ritz! Worst system and experience I've had with a hotel ever and will never go back.
