I am a return visitor to this hotel snd have recommended it to others. This easily could have been a 5 star review also except as the saying goes "one bad apple" This hotel is clean, convenient and comfortable. Our stay was pleasant and uneventful until Sun 11/30, when i had to interact with female front desk staff who was on 7am to 3pm. I had to call to straighten out a question/issue because i had combined 2 reservations on Expedia. She was abrupt and rude on the phone and actually hung up on me when i was speaking to her. When i returned to hotel, the front desk was then being covered by a pleasant young man and he commented that none of my earlier conversation/issue had been communicated to him. He was able to fix the issue quickly. My stay would have been pretty much perfect except for the above signifigant lapse in customer service.

We checked in before 8 pm, I had reserved 2 rooms. The employee told us that they had had a line break in the water earlier and that the water pressure would be very slow and should be in working order by 10 pm. When we got to the room, there was no water at all not just a little pressure issue. We had been at soccer games and needed to shower before we could leave to go anywhere for dinner. We could not shower, brush teeth or flush toilets. They offered us bottles of water which we heated in the microwave just to wash or hands and face, still did not have enough to flush a toilet. Went down to the lobby at least 5 times to bring more bottled water. We were then told we wouldn't have water until at least 4am. We checked out that morning and were told that we would be compensated for our inconvenience (1 free night) and I have still not received any confirmation of this compensation. I would expect better from a Hilton.

I arrived late and I called a head because I flew in from CA and my son was taking to the ER. We I finally got to hotel I got the best suite and they wished my son the best. The girl working that night even fixed my Hilton honors account. The only place I stay in Frisco.
