The location was very clean but the breakfast option were lacking. It’s literally the same thing every other day I just wish there were more breakfast options. One of the elevators wasn’t working so that was a bit of an inconvenience but I managed. I wasn’t told I would be charged $75 at the desk I just noticed when I was looking at my transaction history but at least that will be refunded in a few days.

There were ticks in my bed and I was bitten. I now have to pay to go to the doctor for antibiotics in case I get lyme disease. The hotel staff came to my room and took pictures and confirmed it was ticks and said it was most likely from someone before me with a pet. I want a full refund for the room and for them to pay my doctors bill!

The hotel staff were excellent and helpful! There were plenty of handicap parking spots in front of the lobby, if that is something you have to consider. Accessibility at the hotel felt up-to-date and available. The breakfast was pretty standard for this set up—waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast, cereal etc. Pancake maker was not working, but that’d set it apart from other free breakfasts. Food tasted great! The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Ours had a walk-in shower. They use Dove products in the built-in refillable shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser. We enjoyed having a Keurig station in the room, but they have good coffee/tea all day in the lobby! There’s a fridge and microwave in the room; both were clean. We had a suite, so the couch pulled out to a full size bed. They gave us a bedding pack at the front desk. The soccer stadium can be seen from the hotel property. The Frisco Fresh Market (down the street) was great, too. The highway was easily accessible—not too far down Main.
