The staff was GREAT! kiran the manager,DD at the front desk and Derrick were great. they made me feel at home as soon as i arrived. if i needed anything they were there to help with a smile on their faces. Customer service is very important to me.I work hard for my money and i don't spend my money with any bussines that has poor customer Service and a whole lot of employees with funky attitudes, thats not acceptable. i will most definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

They gave my reservation for a handicap accessible room and I checked in at 3:10pm. They blamed it on using a 3rd party reservation company. They take 2nd priority.

Breakfast is only for 2 people when you pay expedias additional fee of $38 dollars. As a traveling family of 4. It was a shock at 9am halfway through our meal. Front desk Hotel staff was not very helpful either. No one was offering solutions. Only kept repeating the same thing. If I had known before I would have not paid their breakfast “option”. I would have just taken my family to ihop across the parking lot. For the meal options they offer it’s not worth those prices.

The check in was so accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff were incredible throughout the stay. The gentlemen at the restaurant/bar not so much though. Spent a lot of time on his phone texting :)
