To start with when I checked in the room was 67 I set the thermostat on 72 one hr later the room was still 67, I called the operator and reported the problem, about a hr later a guy check the heater it took about a hr to get my room warm. That evening I went down to Dinner it was so cold in the lobby people were eating with their coats on,, I ask them to give me a hamburger and fries to goto eat in my room, I sat their 37 minutes waiting for my food I asked the waitress and she brought it right out to me, I got to My room and the hamburger was cold the fries were cold. That evening I was going to take a hot bath until I opened the shower curtain there was black mold on the water handle, the same mold was on the facet and there was black slim running into the tub from the drain, it was discusting I called around and could not find a room else were because of the winter storm

The AC box was not working. In order to turn on the heater maintenance had to personally come and turn it on. If we wanted to switch back to cold air he has to come again. We just chose cold air. The staff didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.

The room has a terrible smell. Had to go to the desk so they can turn on the heat. Bathroom was very outdated carpet dirty. One thing that was nice was the lounge and the bartender and manager were really nice and waited on us when we needed a drink

Everything was great except when arrived and were checking in we were told the boiler was out and there was no hot water. The front desk attendant told me i can get a refund or stay. I endedd uo staying since it was 7pm and I was with my granddaughter who was scheduled for surgery the next morning and I had no time to find anither Hotel at the time. Costumer service was grear. We were given 2 vouchers for their breakfast buffet.

The entire property feels neglected. The lobby always cold. the doors left open and wind blowing in. The dining room was cold both temperature and service. This was a disappointing stay for a Hilton.

Everything was good except the hot tub wasn't working and that's one of the reasons we booked this room was to enjoy the hot tub. I will always ask next time if the hot tub is working. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was courteous and the beds were comfortable with big pillows!!
