Blinds were broken, staff extremely rude & unprofessional. In addition both Hotels.com and the Hampton Inn are extremely unprofessional, unorganized simply incompetent. I literally checked out on Dec 26th 2025 and neither Hotels.com or the Hampton Inn will provide me a receipt, in addition, your'e attempting overcharge me hence is why you both keep attempting to escaping the responsibility. I am certainly contacting a social media influencer along with YELP and the CEO of both establishments. I will get my money back for sure.

The enire time we were at the Hotel the card key system for the doors were not working so everytime you left your room you had to have the person at the front desk let you back in your room. The reason this was worse then should have been is there was only one person working at the desk so they there were were checking people in and opening everyones doors. So it became a huge problem waiting 10 - 20 minutes to get into your room. She would have an elevator full of people that we would have to stop on each floor to get people to their room.

Rooms were hot. Moldy. The doors are paper thin. For some reason the rooms have jack and kill doors. All of them. Bathrooms have sliding doors. No locks. No exhaust fans. Makes sense why they have mold. This is the second time we stay here that we have the same experience. Won't come back.

The staff was outstanding from every level. The issue was there was no bar soap (any type for washing your hands in the bathroom) and no tissue for your nose. To me these items are basics for a stay. We had to go out and buy it ourselves. The trash cans were rusted, bathroom wallpaper stained and peeling from the wall . I believe that this location is not corporate owned. The franchise owner needs to invest some money into this location.
